Temporary Changes in Branch Operations

Please be advised that due to the recent COVID-19 restrictions put in place throughout greater Sydney, Endeavour Branches will be opened in a limited capacity.

Branch visitor numbers will be strictly limited and all visitors must follow NSW Health guidelines and wear a face mask. Please remember to adhere to strict social distancing whilst within the branch and use the hand sanitiser provided. We are now also asking members visiting branches to check-in via QR code to record their visit and allow contact tracing by NSW Health.

Transactions will be performed at the branch but we ask members with longer enquiries to refer to the website or call the contact centre on 1300 13 14 20.

Whilst Sutherland branch remains opened, there is limited building access for visitors. Members visiting the Sutherland branch are asked to postpone any non-essential transactions to avoid any delays.

We encourage everyone to stay safe and monitor NSW Health for the latest health advice, as well as our website and social media channels for any further changes that may impact our members.

13 July 2021 - The Fairfield Branch will be closed from the close of business until further notice. The safety of members and staff is paramount and until the current COVID-19 health situation improves, it is not possible to keep the branch open.

This is because we have employees that live within and outside of the local government area. We hope to re-open the branch as soon as possible and we ask that members consider the following services while the branch remains closed:

  • Call our contact centre for assistance on 1300 13 14 20
  • Refer to our website www.endeavour.bank to perform a transaction or obtain more information
  • Access cash via EFTPOS (withdrawing funds free of charge by asking for ‘cash out’)
  • Access cash through an ATM (all non-direct charge ATM withdrawals are free of charge)
  • Use the Endeavour Mutual Bank mobile app; or
  • Transact at an unaffected post office where you can perform four free deposits and/or withdrawals per month by presenting your card.
We sincerely apologies for the inconvenience and we look forward to reopening the branch as soon as possible.
